In this episode I’m interviewing wellbeing strategist and coach Emma Ellis, founder of Redwood Ellis.  Emma tells us why companies need to have a wellbeing strategy if they want to attract and retain talent in today’s competitive environment, and why it’s equally important that this strategy is actually implemented.

She reassures us that wellbeing is really not that complicated, and we can all start by asking some simple questions. 

We also discuss some future of work trends such as working from home and how it can backfire, how people are increasingly looking for meaning and purpose in what they do, and how they’re seeking a workplace that aligns with their values.
